Buy Crystal APVP (Flakka) USA
Buy Crystal APVP (Flakka) USA, Alpha-pyrrolidinovalerophenone – also known as α-PVP, alpha-PVP, gravel, flakka or niff – is one of a number of recreational drugs in the ‘bath salts’ (or cathinones ) family, so called because they resemble bath salts and because they have sometimes been sold disguised as them.
Originally synthesised in the 1960s, alpha-PVP usually comes in a crystal form that can be smoked, snorted, injected or swallowed. The high can last for three to five hours, but many users report it can be subtle at first and slow to come on. This has caused some to ‘re-dose’ early and use more than they intended – with unpleasant results. Buy Crystal APVP (Flakka) USA
How does it affect the body?
physical energy levels, α-PVP is considered to be extremely stimulating and energetic. This encourages activities such as running, climbing and dancing. The particular style of stimulation which α-PVP presents can be described as forced. This means that at higher dosages it becomes difficult or impossible to keep still . Subsequently, jaw clenching, involuntarily bodily shakes and vibrations become present. Thus,it results in extreme unsteadiness of the hands and a general lack of motor control. a-PVP or APVP review
Earlier this month TPR noted that a relatively new second-generation bath salt call “gravel” was reported to have surfaced in various parts of the United States, including Tennessee. As background, while first-generation bath salts — MDPV, methylone, and mephedrone — were outlawed in many jurisdictions, new analogues had been introduced to replace them and were still generally legal. Samples of “gravel” contained α-PVP, an analogue of MDPV. It seemed to produce impressive degrees of paranoia. Some samples of the drug were adulterated with methamphetamine and/or clonazepam.
This current study just posted online is thus a timely and important contribution to understanding this new drug. Using an in vivo and in vitro rat model, the authors sought to compare the effects of MDPV with those of its analogues, including α-PVP.
Like MDPV, α-PVP contains a pyrrolidine ring, a 5-sided nitrogen-containing component that enables the molecule to effectively block reuptake of dopamαine and norepinephrine, with much weaker effects at the serotonin transporter.
In rats, α-PVP produced evidence of psychomotor stimulation, with higher doses causing hyperactivity and bizarre behavior. A dopamine antagonist blocked much of the motor hyperactivity.
Although I tend to shy away from rat studies, I found this one important because it is one of the first studies of the effects of α-PVP.
What does it Flakka (A-PVP)?
Like cathinone, alpha-PVP is a type of stimulant, colloquially called an “upper.” Uppers are linked with feelings of euphoria, enhanced alertness and wakefulness, and increased movement — all symptoms that are similar to those experienced by people on other drugs like amphetamines or cocaine.
Since A-PVP or flakka is so new, researchers aren’t sure exactly how it affects the brain, or how addictive it is.
For now, they can only guess by looking at how its chemical cousins, like cocaine and amphetamines, work. These drugs cause a surge in two chemicals: the feel-good chemical dopamine (responsible for the euphoric sensations) and norepineprhine (which raises heart rate and blood pressure and can make us more alert).
Like cocaine and meth, flakka comes with a comedown, the period when the drug leaves the body and the person is left feeling fatigued or depressed. This sensation often results in users returning to the drug to get rid of the negative comedown feeling, jump-starting a cycle of use that can lead to abuse. Also like cocaine and meth, the drug may alter brain chemistry in a way that makes users require a larger and larger dose to get the same high. Buy Crystal APVP (Flakka) USA
How does APVP react on your body?
Excessive use has been linked with feelings of extreme anxiety, paranoia, and hallucinations. Like with bath salts, people have also reported dozens of episodes of violent behavior in people on flakka.
At high doses, flakka may also cause the body to reach high temperatures (bath salts have been linked with the same symptom). This excessive temperature can lead to severe physical complications like kidney damage and muscle breakdown.
